Ideas/Fundraising Theme
Quiz Night

Steve had recently been to a quiz night organised by Cambusbarron Primary and has suggested it as a possible event for parents to be held next year. Therese Cannon will ask at McQues if they will allow us to hold it there.
Rainbow Friday
Suggestion for raising money for charity. Kids come to school in as many different coloured clothes as they can. Cost £1 per child. Teresa O'Hanlon will have a think about it and get back to the committee.
Bag Packing
Steve has asked Cherie Todd who works at Marks & Spencer if the school would be allowed to come in one Saturday.

AOB
Shoebox appeal will be going ahead. Further details will be given by school soon.
Suggested that an on going wish list should be put up in staff room and it will be reviewed on a regular basis by PTA. As a result of the inspection the staff are due to meet to discuss the school development plan and this will likely result in the request for equipment. Details will follow. Requests for purchase of maths games, electronic thesaurus and equipment for P7 electricity topic was agreed. More writing boards may need to be purchased.
